Payment receipt was not provided at the hotel nor did OYO mail it to me as told my the supervisor of the property. Bills and receipts should be provided at the hotel itself

All are good. Staffs are helpful hotel was cleaned but bathroom need to be upgrade.
Staff behaviour
Booking from booking.com was inconsistent. We didn't get the services we paid for. Highly disappointed.
